Inspired by South Korea’s post-war recovery through international aid, H4B aims to empower Bougainville residents towards self-reliance.

• H4B operates the following key programs in Bougainville:

       a. Healthcare & Public Health - Establishment of basic healthcare facilities, provision of clean drinking water, and sanitation                 infrastructure expansion

       b. Education & Skills Training – Support for primary and secondary education and vocational training

       c. Water & Sanitation Project - Implement safe drinking water supply systems, provide sanitation facilities, and conduct                         hygiene education

       d. Economic Empowerment – Support for agriculture, small businesses, and microfinance programs

       e. Emergency Relief & Disaster Response – Rapid response to natural disasters and humanitarian crises

• H4B operates based on a collaborative model between Korea and Bougainville, working closely with donors and institutions to implement its programs.

          - Over 70% of donations directly fund projects in Bougainville.

       c. Financial Transparency

          - Annual external audits and regular monitoring ensure accountability.

• H4B operates in a structured manner and publicly discloses fund usage.

           - Fully funded by private and corporate donations.

​       b. Mid-term Phase (3-7 years)

           - Expanding government and public funding, corporate CSR & ESG partnerships.

       c. Long-term Phase (7+ years)

           - Developing self-sustaining business models.

• Over 75% of donations go directly to projects, with operating costs kept below 15%.
