Structure: Board & Executive Team
H4B Foundation is a non-profit organization established to support the economic and social development of Bougainville and promote sustainable self-reliance.
To ensure transparent operations and effective project execution, H4B Foundation has established a structured governance system led by the Board of Directors and Executive Team.

H4B Foundation adheres to the following principles to ensure transparent operations.

Organizational Structure
H4B Foundation is composed of the Board of Directors, Executive Team, and Audit Committee,
with each playing the following roles:
As the decision-making body of H4B Foundation, the Board of Directors is entrusted by the General Assembly to set the foundation’s strategic direction and oversee key initiatives.

Represents the foundation and determines the direction of key initiatives.

Presides over board meetings and oversees overall organizational operations.

Oversees the execution of key projects and manages strategic partnerships and fundraising activities.

Manages the foundation’s budget, donations, and financial execution.

Provides advisory support for Bougainville aid projects, network expansion, and operational efficiency improvement.
Implements the strategies set by the Board of Directors and manages the foundation’s
day-to-day operations.

Oversees the overall operations and administrative management of the foundation.

Collaborates with domestic and international organizations and governments to execute projects.

Plans and manages education, healthcare, economic self-sufficiency, and emergency relief projects in Bougainville.

Handles donor and public communications, brand development, and sponsorship campaign planning.

Facilitates collaboration projects with international development agencies, governments, and corporations.

Leads legal risk management, contract and expenditure review, and internal compliance systems.

Ensures transparency in financial operations, oversees institutional reporting and disclosures.

Advises on operational compliance with domestic and international legal standards and manages key.
Operates independently to ensure financial and operational transparency.

Conducts financial and operational audits of the foundation.

Prepares an annual audit report and submits it to the Board of Directors.
